WHO WE ARE

We do global management consulting, education and keynote speaking.

But we are so much more...

Founded in 2012, Paisley Group develops custom solutions for complex business problems supported by our research and experience.

Today's rapidly changing business landscape requires businesses to be able to adapt and change, whether you’re a small business or a large MNE.

But change is rarely done right!

A piecemeal approach coupled with 'quick wins' that have very short-term results, often leads to a lack of commitment to change and, ultimately, failure. Instead, we work with you to identify your business challenges and develop strategies so that your business can respond quickly and intelligently to change in order to sustain your competitive advantage.

  • Developing strategy & aligning HR- creating the right organisational culture that reinforces your business strategy, instead of working against it. Effective strategy needs to be coupled with policy, processes, practices and people

  • Leadership- developing the capabilities and skills of your leaders so that they are both energised and ready for the complex challenges facing your business

  • Diversity and Inclusion- leveraging diversity for innovation, complex problem solving and a happy workforce

  • Intercultural management- your business isn't contained by borders. Embed cultural intelligence in your organisation to maximise every interaction from customers to employees, investors and other stakeholders

  • Change management- change is an inevitable part of life but is your business, and your people, ready?

  • Learning & Development- innovation is a process of learning. Learning should fuel your organisation and leave your competitors in the dust

  • Research- what's holding your business back? Are you addressing the issue or just the symptom? We can conduct a deep dive to work out what's really going on.
